Sumatra- an earthy coffee with tobacco, wood and dark chocolate flavors. Low acidity and a smooth finish with a lingering full flavor.
Three cold brew filter pouches (3-oz each).
Steep a pouch in 1/2 gallon of cold water 18-24 hours. Each cold brew pouch yields 1/2 gallon of ready-to-drink cold brew.
